Content Outline
  • PMP 2021 course is built on merging and integrating Agile concepts with predictive methods.
  • Course integrate and use the new material specified by PMI (Project Management Institute) for the new PMP2021 exam including PMBOK, Agile Practice Guide, and other sources.
  • The old exam study guide was built on Process Groups and Knowledge Areas, which still somehow exist but were modified in the 2021 exam under the new Process domain, while added People and Business domains beside it:
