Course Objective:
  • A BCA is a professional tool that aids in the refinement of the numerous decisions necessary to determine the optimal value strategy. It is an iterative process that is performed and altered as needed throughout the program's life cycle, as program plans develop and adapt to alterations in the business and mission environment.
  • In the initial investment decision for a project, BCA is utilized. & determines the choice between alternative strategies.
  • In addition, validate any proposed modifications to the project's scope, schedule, or budget. Should also be used to identify the various budget accounts and amounts impacted by the various product support strategies. It should be a living document; any changes to the project or organization should be reflected in business case updates.
  • Also, it should be used to verify that the projected benefits of the project have been realized.
    This course is professionally prepared for all managers and staff tasked with conducting new business cases and submitting them to top-level management.
