Main Job Duties

  • Responsible for all aspects of Divisional and activities as catalyst for it.

  • Act as an organizer and facilitator for divisional committees work and ensure its
  • Facilitate communication and updates for divisional committees work as well as documentation and filing for future and other use
  • Follow up with projects and training teams to ensure that divisional committee requirements and needs are met
  • Attend all business events & conclude a summary & action plans to be followed out of every event.
  • Assist marketing team leader in planning and organizing divisional driven conferences and events
  • Implement tasks as assigned by BDTL

Main Duties & responsibilities

  • Develop Intakes plans and implement them, assist in writing operational plans, keep track of the Incubation processes in coordination with Ebni Director located in Cairo
  • Be the focal point of incubated teams regarding day-to-day support including the utilization of other Eitesal eligible services.
  • Monitor the progress of the incubated companies and actively helping growing them.
  • Develop the mentors and consultants network for the Incubator and work with them to make the Incubated venture successful.
  • Prepare all required reports and maintain a comprehensive set of records on all tenant activity.

 

Competencies & Skills

  • Passion for innovation & entrepreneurship, in ICTE with balanced experience in technology, finance / fund raising, and PR exposure. Certifications and/or qualifications in these aspects is privileged.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and experience of 6+ years.
  • Proven experience and understanding of policy, advocacy, evaluation, business, and finance.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills (goal setting, organization, and implementation).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Basic Functions

The controller position is accountable for the accounting operations of the externally funded projects, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate online accounting records, and a comprehensive set of cash flow reports, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or the funding bodies.

Main Job Duties

  • He/she will be the financial link between projects operation and EiTESAL Financial Manager
  • Preparing annual financial plan of expenditure of the externally funded projects in coordination with project managers
  • Cooperate with external auditor to issue various financial reports and ensure compliance with funding agencies rules.
  • Prepare reports to support monthly accounting recording system within EiTESAL online accounting system.
  • Keep full financial documentation of the projects for the requested period and keep tracking of the archive.
  • Responsible for reimbursement of any expenses from the funding sources.
  • Follow up and oversee accounting recording activities of accounting officers
  • Conduct financial analysis and reports to managing director
  • Directly control, manage, project expenses and petty cash handling.
  • Control cash flow to ensure cash availability.

  • Ensure the transparency & governance of the financial process particularly the contractual processes.
  • Review and approve purchase request based on approved yearly budget
  • Review and approve vendors and suppliers across all functions
  • Participate in negotiation with suppliers for better pricing and services
  • Ensure that all documentation of any purchase is done per sound accounting rules and in compliance with EITESAL’s regulations and policies and/or the funding body requirements

  • Responsible for managing and maintaining effective filing system (paper and digital based) for the department
  • Responsible for maintaining and creating effective documentation system and related templates to maintain and improve departmental performance and productivity
